​About Us

 

Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals is an all volunteer, non profit, foster home based organiztion located in Valley City, North Dakota. Founded in 2007, SVFA serves the Barnes County/Valley City area and surrounding communities.

 

Our Mission is to develop a network of people for the purposes of:

Promoting humane and responsible pet ownership and, being advocates for stray or abandoned animals in need of care.

 

What We Do:

• Promote responsible pet ownership

• Respond to calls for help for animals in need

• Assist owners with spay/neuter costs

• Advertise found pets

• Facilitate pet adoptions

• Raise money for veterinary care for needy animals

  • Vet care provided through Valley City Vet Hospital
